Each item on the agenda was an innovation that generated more referrals for members.The BNI® Meeting Agenda is the core element that makes the BNI® system work for each Member. The Chapter Success Meeting is the former Leadership Team Meeting and Membership Committee Meeting wrapped into one. It should happen the first or second week of the month.
